HOLY mackerel! There are caves, tunnels and HOLES everywhere! This is WHOLLY amazing!

In a grotto near the tracks, Brothers from the Friars of Faithful Fealty Monastery seek peace and contentment. But wait...... looking off to the left, one can see a couple of the monks at the entrance to another cave which is very near the Sisters of Saintly Solitude Convent ...and there are some Nuns at the cave entrance too! Hmmmmm, is there some spelunking going on?

Description & History

For some reason, kids like tunnels. Since we like kids and want to attract them to the hobby, we made Holy Wholly Holey as a large mountain with a big, hidden underground cavern. Since the mountain runs from the skyboard all the way to the front fascia, all lines tunnel under the mountain. Just before the tunnel portals, the Blue (inside) track has a siding veering back through a separate tunnel portal on each side of the mountain and into the cave. These sidings proceed through an unseen hole in the skyboard and connect to our blue line arrival and departure yards that are attached to the rear of the module. The portals are sleeved several inches back into the mountain so that it is difficult to see inside the tunnel and discover the cavern. There are cave entrances high up on each side of the mountain with a convent on one side and a monastery on the other. We have caves, tunnels, nuns and monks, hence the title "Holy Wholly Holey."
