| This industrial area has several businesses that use rail service. There is a small yard where cars can be stored until they are needed at the industry's dock or where they can wait for pick-up once they are loaded or emptied, as the case may be. One factory recently received heavy damage when fire ravaged its interior and the roof caved in. |
| The burned factory was originally a normal industry until something was accidentally dropped on it. Rather than replace the structure, a bit of weathering and some minor modifications to the damaged pieces turned it into a novel scene. |
